It is the mission of Community Athletic Association Youth Basketball League (C.A.A) to provide and promote a safe, recreational basketball program for the youth of New Castle County and its surrounding communities. CAA encourages good sportsmanship, developing strong playing skills and promoting friendly relationships among the players, coaches, referees and parents.
